The Bulletin
What is The Bulletin?
A monthly art and culture subscription by post: an essay, activities, curations, puzzles and trivia, and a limited edition art postcard in every issue.
What is a snail mail subscription?
One that arrives by post instead of in your inbox. The Bulletin is printed, packed, and posted to you each month.
When does it arrive?
Issues are posted 27th of the previous month and delivered within India.
What plans are there?
Quarterly, ₹1,197: three issues, three postcards, renews every quarter. Annual, ₹4,068: an entire year of the bulletin with a special 13th edition in your birthday month. Taxes, packaging and postage included.
Can I gift The Bulletin?
Yes. Choose a gift membership at checkout, and we’ll post it to anyone in India. It works well for gifting from abroad too.
How do I cancel?
Email hi@maximalmuseum.com with “Cancelling my membership”. Memberships for the upcoming quarter or annual subscription can only be cancelled before the 25th of the renewal month.
My issue didn’t arrive or arrived damaged.
Email hi@maximalmuseum.com with “Replacement for my issue” and we’ll sort it out.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Email hi@maximalmuseum.com with “Change of address” before the 25th of the month.
Jewellery
Who makes Maximal Museum jewellery?
Every piece is made to order, finished and certified by Maximal Museum.
What is your jewellery made of?
Sterling silver, gold vermeil, gold-plated brass, enamel, stones and beads. Each product page lists the exact materials.
Is gold vermeil real gold?
Yes. Gold vermeil is a layer of real gold over a sterling silver base, so it looks and wears like gold at a more accessible price.
Will gold-plated jewellery tarnish?
Plating wears slowly over time, faster with water, perfume, and sweat. Put your jewellery on last, take it off first, and store it dry in its pouch, and it will last much longer.
How do I care for sterling silver?
Silver naturally darkens with air. Wipe it with a soft polishing cloth, and store it in an airtight pouch when you’re not wearing it.
How long does delivery take?
Since each piece is lovingly made to order, it reaches you within about 7 days. Shipping within India is free, and taxes are included.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Every piece is lovingly made for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video as you open the sealed package. If anything is damaged, email hi@maximalmuseum.com within 48 hours of delivery with the video, and we’ll replace it. We can’t accept replacement claims without an unboxing video.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet; international shipping is coming. For now, you can order from anywhere and send a piece to an address in India.
